What does aia stand for? Officially, associates in advertising. But more than that, we stand for excellence in all areas of recruitment communications and resourcing. We came to being in 1985, but it was in 1997, following an MBO led by our current management team, that we really came to life. Since then we’ve set about establishing ourselves as one of the leading names in the industry from our offices in the heart of London and Birmingham. Our independence certainly helps.
